Working Out

The 19-year-old is on summer break from college, so we decided to join the Y together and workout regularly. I’ve mostly been more of a yoga person than a pumping iron person, but I have my moments. These regular workouts are reminding me how much better I feel when I do it than when I’m sedentary for a day. Exercise can definitely be addictive (in a good way, mostly), even as recovery is notably harder and slower as my age advances.

What I would really love the day after any workout would be a nice massage. I don’t get that as often as I’d like, but it can be available to you, from me, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at WSU, or Mondays, Fridays, and some Saturdays at Brown Chiropractic and Massage, where you can also get an adjustment from the fabulous Dr Arika Brown. I can even bring massage to your home, if that’s where you want it, just leave me a message here.

Oh, is there some holiday or something this week? Oh yeah, well, have fun, celebrate safely, etc, and see you next week.
